Eric BisheaChief Executive Officer
As the chief executive officer of The Access Group, Eric is the guiding force behind the strategic, results-oriented brand solutions that have become the company’s trademark. Eric oversees the executive management of The Access Group and its business entities, drawing upon nearly 30 years of experience across a spectrum of leadership roles in pharmaceutical sales, agency management, and managed care.
Eric joined The Access Group in 2003 as a member of the senior leadership team, playing a key role in the growth of the company from a provider of managed care support services to the diversified portfolio of product life cycle management that the company offers today. In 2015, Eric assumed his position at the helm of The Access Group, where he has been leading the company through its latest expansive transformation.
Eric began his sales career with Allergan Pharmaceuticals in the Midwest in 1988. From there, he attained various sales leadership positions with two of the industry’s key pharmaceutical manufacturers at the time, Searle and Pharmacia. During Eric’s 15 years in sales and marketing for big pharma, he led regional and national account management and market development across multiple commercial and government payer channels, achieving brand success for his territories in the areas of access and reimbursement, sales training, key opinion leader advocacy, and cost modeling.
A distinguished military graduate who served as a captain in the United States Army, Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin.
